This is a room in my home that I rarely use, and it's not that formal. At least it stays clean and presentable. I'm seeing more and more the trend towards a more formal kitchen with eat-in area.
Now this is formal. How often is a room like this really used?

But I think in my next house I'll just make my kitchen and dining room one large more formal area and use my 'good' silver and my fine china more often!
