    I would love to see a paint company separate their deck into sections labeled Added Value, Well If You Must, and We Don't Recommend These But We'll Sell Them to You. The last one would be about 80% of any given deck.

    Great post ! I think REalestate agents should have a copy of this to give to prospective sellers so they can really give the home a once-over before putting it on the market! Simple paint goes a long way! Have a great weekend!

    My husband and I made the very sobering decision that we would "die in place"—not merely age in place. It's been a very liberating, affirming thing. I do as I please and don't give one bit about resale.
