I just gasped when I saw the after and my husband and daughter are like WHAT?? What??? Oh - just an amazing before and after kitchen, that's all! I can never get enough of kitchen before and afters - and this one takes the cake - I love the white with the wood island!!!!!!!! LOVE. I think I need a wood island now. Thanks for sharing…..I'll be daydreaming about this kitchen all morning. :)
Hi Bethany, I need those bar stools! Do you know where they come from? White really makes a difference. Our kitchen is similar ~ two toned with black granite, white marble and cabinets. It's a timeless look and white always feels clean and fresh.
Gorgeous transformation! I love how open and airy it looks as opposed to before, when it was so dark and gloomy. The two doors/windows help too, they didn't seem to be there before. I will always love the white+wood combination!! Great find on Houzz!!

So that's a serious transformation! And it's absolutely stunning. I love the wood with all the white. They can come do my kitchen ;)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great transformation, and the beam is fabulous! Amazing how white can lighten up a room.
ReplyDeleteHappy Tuesday.

DeleteHoly cow! Thanks for sharing! It is amazing! I'm speechless!
ReplyDeleteAnd, sadly, the "before" is what everyone in the Denver area wants. Dark cherry cabinets and honed travertine floors.
ReplyDeleteBravo to the kitchen designer and the homeowner for having such vision!
P.S. What do you think that random pendant in front of the left window is for?
WOW, I have been househunting and the before pictures are what I come across a lot! So nice to see a fabulous after!
ReplyDeletenow that is a good before and after!! What a difference! I love it!
ReplyDeleteSO much better!!! AHH
ReplyDeleteThat's beautiful - and new to me. Thanks for sharing, Bethany!

ReplyDeleteWow, now that is a knock your socks off makeover.
ReplyDeleteWow - looks twice as big, and love the ladder to get to all that storage.

Oh, oh, oh!!!! Truly gorgeous. You and me, Bethany, we've got serious love for neutrals with texture. All that glorious white and light. Just perfect.
ReplyDeleteAlso, that back wall of built-ins next to the fridge is totally brilliant. Must remember that.
ReplyDeleteIt IS pretty amazing, and the styling is wonderful. But that beam looks really phony to me...or maybe faux-ny.
ReplyDeleteI'm usually all "use what you have and love it" --but wow!! This is dreamy. Wow, wow, wowww.
