Ever wonder where some of the amazing products designers use come from? Here is this weeks peek at 1st Dibs, an online gallery of "the most beautiful things on earth". I'm drooling at these right now:

This is a unique all-brass cabinet from the 1980's. Price $2,200.

These Italian Murano glass salt and pepper shakers from the 1950's are on sale for $280.00. ( color of the new year!)

These Stiffel blue crackled glazed lamps from the 1960's are priced at $3,200 for the pair.

I love this 1960's watercolor and charcoal artwork on paper. ($1900)

Look at this vintage 1970's Murano mid-century "Pagoda" chandelier by Venini reduced from $4900 to $3950.  It would definitely be the "crowning glory" jewelry in a room.

All of these would look great in a room like this:

This amazing set of 6 Barcelona toffee colored vinyl chairs from the 1960's are reduced this weekend from $3600 to $2200 for all 6! I can see this around a burlewood table or a farmhouse rectangular table.

These would look great around this table:

Hope Santa was good to you!

Enjoy Christmas week!

  1. I love the lamps. Off to score some after Christmas sales.

  2. Love this list. I am hoping to score some new chairs for my breakfast table this year.

  3. Wow! What finds, those green glass s&p shakers and that brass piece is so fantastic! Not in my favorite price range, but fantastic all the same. :)
