Inspiring artist's process....

Big brush
little brush, draw, dribble
Smoosh, smear, paint.
Spray, blot, layer, sprinkle,
Pause, breathe, reevaluate
pour and paint
and do it all over again.

I love the artist's process and watching this video of an artist create an entire piece in a matter of minutes.   I see her using watercolor, acrylic paints, ink, spray paint, oil paints, powdered pigments and pastels, maybe others.

Thank you Heather of Vivid Hue Home for your fabulous home tour and for introducing me to the artist Antionette Wysocki.  I have since been corresponding with Antionette who is currently living in London and doing shows there and in Hong Kong! She said she will move back to NYC next year.

Here is some more of her work:

See more of her portfolio here.

Doesn't her video make you want to get out your paints?

Enjoy art, anyway you can!

  1. I always want to grab my paints and watching someone else makes me want to forget the dishes and laundry and paint all day.

  6. I'm going to watch the video now. Whatever she does, I won't be deluded enough to imagine I could do it too! But how I wish I could! Thanks for introducing!

  7. I still don't think I could do it the justice that she does. I love how real artists just glide through it. Fun to watch.
