The BESPOKE work of Artichoke Ltd.

I came across an IG account that made me yearn for more.  @artichoke_ltd is one to follow for bespoke British cabinetry and craftsmanship.  After going to their website, Artichoke.co.uk, one can see the details, learn of their integrity and their 100% bespoke mission on each and every project they create.

Take a look at these fine examples in their portfolio.

Here a bedroom is outfitted with black walnut wardrobes with bespoke bronze metalwork and eglomise mirrors.

Basalt stone shelving, between custom crockery cabinets, is used as window seats supported by Acero stone brackets as under mounted LED lights wash the walls under the seats.  This same shelving is above the countertops.

A rustic kitchen is fitted into a rubble wall of an old Cotswald barn.

The materials used are aged and textured oak, stainless steel and Calacatta Oro marble.

This art studio was created over an old indoor swimming pool in Dartmoor.
How I would love this space!

A kitchen inspired by the architect Edwin Lutyens, has cabinets recessed into the walls to appear seamless, and beautiful workspaces that look like fine furniture.

Every single piece is designed and handmade in their shop.  Over the past 25 years they have built  a reputation for exquisite quality, finishing and installation of cabinetry and fitted furniture.

The trend is BESPOKE, for sure, but more than a trend, it is a way of life, an unparalleled  manufacturing method representing the artisans behind the material.  Every library they design and build has a secret drawer that opens with a book apparatus.
