I can't find out, for the life of me, who the designer is, but I found the image on Cote de Texas.
The fabulous Paula Coldiron at Two Ellie.
I could stare at these for hours, dissecting what I love about them. Has a lot to do with the feel they both give me in my gut. Warm, welcoming, sturdy and great scale.

I agree Bethany!! They are so soft and clean, add the rustic elements and the texture and they become envelopingly warm! xo
ReplyDeleteI saved that image you found on Cote also...I just love these...it is the texture...that make it far from neutral!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is the second image. Love the mirror too. So serene.
ReplyDeleteHappy Thursday.

They're so calm and soothing, aren't they? I could relax there all day.
ReplyDeleteI agree, be tubal calm you down, and when its time for some bursts of energy and a jolt from the calm, it's so easy to add the color!!! Love the jar twith huge tree branch in it!
ReplyDeleteNeutral, warm, organic and down to earth! I love this style. Very comfortable.

I don't have the discipline to neutrals this way in my own home, but when I see them done well I just love the look!

I usually go for a bolder look, but I'm loving these rooms you've pulled together.
ReplyDeleteThese rooms are gorgeous! Like Kim, I love them when they are executed beautifully, but I don't have the discipline to do neutrals for my own home. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat post, very inspirational!
