"I love to sleep. My hubby loves to wake up. I felt that the best way to embrace and encourage sleeping-in was to add a dark color to the ceiling. I love how it makes the room feel. It's small, it doesn't get much morning light, so it's perfect for slumber! While it hasn't helped my hubby sleep-in, I sure do!
My philosophy is to embrace the smallness of a room. Don't try to make it something it's not. By keeping the walls and bedding light, and adding a dark ceiling, it closes you in and is quite restful. See more of this master makeover at
