I stumbled across Twist Interiors while looking at screens yesterday and really respect their aesthetic. I don't typically gravitate towards anything too dark overall, we've all seen how dark and dingy left with a bang ten years ago and people have been moving to the light ever since. Their unique point of view, however, really beautifies and distinguishes a room, giving alot of movement to the moodiness of each room. And enhancing the dark features in a non-faux-Tuscan-trend way but more as a lovely homage to millwork and masculine balance.
They'd be the perfect firm to execute a Colorado manse or a tea room at the Hay Adams Hotel.
so true Bethany. Just noticed that tattered rug in the kitchen - worked in Loi's light and airy kitchen as much as in this dark and raw one. :-)
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, Bethany! I couldn't help but notice those gorgeous drapes in the bedroom!
ReplyDeleteOh, I'm dying over those planked ceilings! I think I could handle living in any of those rooms... :)

Love the "broodiness" of all of it. The kitchen is my favorite ... the wood, the color, the wear. xo
ReplyDeleteTheir work does have a lodge feel....love the rug in the kitchen...
ReplyDeleteThese feel like warm, inviting, livable spaces. I could see any of these rooms in a gorgeous mountain or woodsy home!
