I am loving the "lodge" look this winter. A kind of "rustic chic" where if you take away any of these architectural details and you could easily be in a contemporary NYC apartment or a beach home. Funny how your surroundings and the architectural elements can move you into a different style of decorating. This is really eclectic I suppose since it is a mix of country and contemporary.
I love the earthy quality with natural elements mixed in with sleek surfaces, luxurious materials and a minimalist look. Add a fire in the fireplace and I'm hooked.
What would you call this style?
